14 day trial

When signed up the 14 day trial period begins. During the trial period the new user can get acquainted with the user interface and the different elements of the monitoring service. During the trial period the following limitations are placed on the account:

• A maximum number of three domains can be configured and run simultaneously
• A maximum number of three resource records can be configured for each domain
• Only three locations can be used for each domain
• Maximum three team members can be used, Owner and two additional members.

If you try to configure additional domains, locations, resource records or users you will get a notice that if you wish to proceed you need to submit a valid credit card to end the trial period prematurely.

If no valid credit card is submitted before the end of the 14 day trial period, the domains you have used will be set on hold until you have added a credit card or actively opted to use the Free mode. Don’t worry, we’ll send you reminders that the trial is about to end.

Free mode

Yes, you can run our service in free mode. The free mode is activated on the Manage Payment page and is deployed account-wide. The free mode impose the following limitations:

• A maximum number of three domains can be monitored
• Only Basic monitoring plan can be selected
• No additional packages can be selected
• Only three locations are allowed per monitored domain
• Checks are run once a day
• A maximum of three team members can be used, the owner and two additional members
• Only one team is allowed

Free mode can be upgraded to a payed subscription on the Manage Payment page and is only successful if a valid credit card is added.
