Manage Alerts
We currently support alerts through our PagerDuty integration as lots of organisations use PagerDuty for alert distribution to ensure the alerts reach the correct person every time.
Once an integration is created the alert levels are individually configured per domain, availability and integrity.
Pager Duty integration
Initiate the Pager Duty integration by clicking the green Alert with PagerDuty button.
Configure alerts
Select the domain you wish to configure alerts for and click the Add Alert button.
SELECT SERVICE
In the drop-down list select the service you wish to connect the alert to (in this case the PagerDuty service).
ALERT LEVEL
Select the minimum severity level you wish to be alerted from the Availability and Integrity entities and click save. You can change the levels any time.
